At Outer Edition, every piece is built to last. We stand behind the quality of our leather goods and biker apparel. All purchases are eligible for exchange only — we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of the date you receive your order. No exceptions will be made after this window closes.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • The exchange request is submitted within 10 days of delivery

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at anns.ahmadbhatti@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the item you received, and the item you’d like in exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Outer Edition will cover shipping on the exchanged item sent back to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Requests submitted after the 10-day window

No Returns. No Refunds.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or monetary refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or any reason outside of a verified manufacturing defect.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 10 days of delivery at anns.ahmadbhatti@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
